Just purchased my new Kia with the help of one James Watty. He made the process of buying a new car easy, and I was extremely surprised at how painless it was. They worked with me on a good price and I ended up leaving with a warranty that gave me peace of mind. I will be going back to them for my next one.
From a service point of view everything was great. One small glitch with the reservation schedule. I had mad an appointment by phone and received multiple reminders by email and text but somehow I was not in the computer system at check in. They took me anyway and all was good since my wife could take me home for the wait.
Service rep was great. It's nice to have free oil changes when you purchase the vehicle. Mechanic Adam was great too!
I trust the service department at Southern Team Nissan in christiansburg, I have been going there for 15 years.
