Very unprofessional to deal with. I bought an entire package to install (furnace, heatpump and coil). Ordered a conversion kit from them. Went to pick it up and they sold it... Waste of a trip and gas. After installing all the equipment, there is a warranty issue with the furnace. No help from them, only to contact the manufacturer and hangs up. Very disappointed in their service

For the folks giving bad reviews about parts cost compared to online then that’s not a fare review and this place is really for HVAC contractors and they have the right to refuse selling you GAS or Refrigerstion parts as we are licensed and one must been licensed to work on these pieces of equipment.
