I had several sessions of electrolysis with no progress. The tech, Jessica, never used a magnifier and when I finally questioned her about it. Her response was, "I don't need it...I have great eyes". That was my last session. Edit: Jessica was not the tech. I've been told her name was Sarah and she is no longer there.
