Perfect gym for people dedicated to getting a serious lift. Did an upper lower split on my vacation there and it was the best pump I’ve ever had. Great gym goers and employees. Will be back anytime I have an excuse to go
We love our gym. Great atmosphere & great equipment. They are always expanding and bringing in new equipment.
Southern Strength is the real deal. It has grit, it's not fluffy. Its a GYM. All walks of life are there too. You'll see 220lb body builders and people like me, a 53 year old bean pole just starting out. My husband loves it there and now I do too. For what its worth, legitimate reviews have a Photo and Name.. no lies :)
They do not know how to cancel an account in their system and will continue to charge you until the end of time.
Very clean and modern gym with excellent machines. Plenty of space and a great atmosphere tostayfocused.
