Best gym in ALL of Polk County!! The MECCA!
Greatest gym in FL. Full of rare old school equipment with a mix of the best new brands on the market. The staff makes you feel like family and the members are a huge community. I dream about moving back to Lakeland so I can go back to this gym.
Love love this gym. Perfect vibe for lifters who are serious and want an aesthetic and well rounded gym. Has a unique posing room that you can’t find at a gym around here and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming :)
I’ve been going to this gym since March and it’s fantastic. I used to be a just move member but it’s gotten way too busy for me and this place is way better! The equipment is more elevated and they have a sauna which is hard to find at most gyms.
Absolutely great gym great environment and amazing equipment 24/7 with a great posing room and sauna 10/10 gym IYKYK
