The neighborhood is one that I avoid after sundown. It’s not the best neighborhood in daylight either. BUT ! , they have ALWAYS kept the property immaculately clean and very well lit up at night. Security cameras everywhere , so if something does happen they have it all on video from every feasible angle to aid the police. I’m 100% happy with the recent new owners. A complete ripoff I was paying $110 a month for over a year they took over doubled my rent without notice now I pay $240 and I'm not able to keep up the payments I've had to file a lawsuit just to be able to get what I own out of their ripoff lot I advise do not rent here do not at all you will regret it
Management is very informative and helpful to choose the correct unit I need. Good pricing and secure fenced location. I've seen staff clean the area, which is a big plus to prevent driving over a nail or screw. The area is very well lit in the evening. Metal units keep clean compared to other locations with wooden units. Overall easy to set up and move into a unit.
