Wanted some design direction and a small kitchen island and got neither. Unfriendly when asking for advice on a project and unhelpful because she said they don't have my color scheme (brown tones) although I was open to whatever color she'd suggest. I don't understand why an employee acts like you're a bother (even if you are).
I absolutely love my new countertops. Karen was great at helping me pick out the countertop design. She was very helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this company.
