I have only used this company twice, but was very satisfied on both occassions. Sheila was very helpful and professional. They had my items exactly as I ordered them in the time I expected and even helped in selecting fabrics and colors. I will definitely use this company in the future.

I went in and ordered some embroidery work to be done and was told that I would have it by when I needed it. I never got a call, so I called to see if my stuff was ready, and they never started it. I said I need it today, and I was simply told "sorry". I was then told that it would be next week before it would be ready. I go by to pick up my stuff, and it was in the wrong color.
