Mike is very polite, kind, and patient. He was gentle with my furniture. He completed the cleaning in a reasonable amount of time. He called to let me know that he could come earlier. He was on time. My 5 office suite is spotlessly clean, smells good, and the carpets' amazing colors came back to life. Mike you are my new carpet guy at home and office.
