Awesome, friendly, and helpful staff. They fixed what they could with the trailer still loaded. They were informative and were very thorough. I read a couple of bad reviews, but had no problems here at all. Keep up the good work guys.
Recently, I sent one of my trailers to their service center, which was still under warranty. However, from the beginning, the communication was extremely poor, and there was a lack of information regarding the repairs that were needed. After examining the trailer, they claimed that it required welding for a hole in the air tank. They did not provide any information about the warranty, and it was only later that I found out they were attempting to charge me for the service.
