Went to the used lot. Had been texting with sales rep the day prior and had a good deal set up. Had a 2019 great condition Lexus I was going to trade in for a 2018 Subaru Forester that was priced well above KBB dealership value. They gave me an unrealistic low price for the trade close to $9000 less than KBB trade in value even though they told me a different story while texting. Was overall a waste of my time. Bought a new Assent from them back in May, great car! However they forgot to pay off my trade and the have owed be $67 for 6 months now for the late charge. Have talked to them on multiple occasions and all I get is lip service instead of my $$$
I had a great experience at Southern States Subaru of Raleigh. I got a great car and a great deal. They said what they would do and then they did what they said they would!
Bought a new car tonight with low financing incentive deal. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend Darris and Kris — the salesman and finance guy we Dealt with. No haggling . They gave us more than what we asked for and a very very fair deal. 5 Stars. Plus as a second time Subaru owner—great cars.
They have horrible customer service. They admitted to fraudulently checking my credit and have done nothing to resolve the issue. It has been over a month and they are very slow to respond.
Nothing but horrible experiences at this place. I won’t be going back. They didn’t put my oil plug in correctly the first time I went there, all drained out in a parking lot about 1 week later. Getting them to correct the situation was a nightmare. They also overfilled my tires causing one to blow when I bruised it on a curb - something most of us has done without blowing a tire - all remaining were 7PSI over the recommended pressure. Please do not waste your time here. They lied to us, were very rude. We wasted our time and Money. I would like to also mention our Sales Person (Derrick) did not know what he is talking about and also lied to us on the car he sold us. Please don’t waste your time here.
