I had been so turned off by car dealerships and the games they play that I was about to just order a car online and have it delivered. Then I stopped in Southern States Pre-Owned in Raleigh to look at a car that I saw online and was immediately helped by Gene. He was very personable and did not put any pressure on us. He answered a few questions and within a couple of minutes we were on a test drive. Great people and buying experience
Dakota was great! She helped me find the car I was looking for. Very patient and not pushy at all. Loved her personality and the way she was able to go to all the surrounding dealers to show me more options. I found the car I wanted thanks to Dakota from southern state pre owned. 10 out of 10 experience thanks to her.

Giant shout out to Gene! These guys are the real deal. I've been car shopping for months and they had a nicely priced mazda pop up for sale. I came for a test drive and left with a car. They were not predatory AT ALL. Even recommended I take the car to a shop I trust to get checked out before buying and they sent me out same day to do just that. Efficient and professional! Could not recommend them more!!! Also shout out to whoever plays music there, that Playlist was fire. Thanks yall!!!!
