My 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 has always been very reliable. A month ago, it sputtered and died, so I had it towed to Southern States Mazda. When I had filled it with gas the previous day, the gauge did not move, leading me to think there was an issue with the sensor. You guys "listened" & responded accordingly, which I thought was great.
Don't buy the extended warranty package or the service package from them!!! They messed up my paperwork so my warranty expired before the date of purchase and my service package was a lower level than they said it would be. They said it was the old finance manager's fault but they've had 3 or 4 since then and I still can't get it straightened out. Last one tried to blame Nissan for not catching their mistake. It sounds like they make every employee write a positive reveiw. I AM an actual customer and went for an oil change and came out paying a third of the cost in "shop fees".
I had the worst experience at this dealership. I had a salesman act like I wasn't there. He clearly saw me walk in the showroom. I guess they don't like making money. You can't treat potential customers like this.
