We have complained about a an adjacent property for months and nothing is ever done, dead tree needs to be cut down and not just for looks its hazardous could fall at any time, and the property is neglected. They have been notified for months and still nothing done, yet we get an email about a stump in our "backyard" garden area that needs to be cut lower... ??
They never come to my property, they just collect checks. My neighbor is a convicted felon and he does not have a legitimate lease. I called them over a month ago and no one has even come to see who is living there.
