Great People. Had an issue, self-caused(btw); they resolved it. Helped me out of a jam.
RUN , RUN ,RUN from these scammers.......I am forced to replace the belt on my mower that THEY MESSED UP while doing another repair ! This was totally caused by them and they refuse to admit wrong on their end.... bad business practice... I will NEVER use or buy anything from Southern States again.... and I will pass the negative vibe from nanagement... . If I didn't know any better , I would say this place is RUN by Darryl , Darryl and Darryl L
I have been with them several years, it was a bumpy start. Now they do an excellent job. Today my furnace had stop running the night before. I called them at 7:30 and Dwight had someone at my house and fixed my 8:30. Dan, Conrad and Carol have also helped me in the past when things just weren't going great for me.
