I had a very difficult time finding a propane supplier for my home. I only needed a low quantity and many larger companies wouldn’t even talk to me. My previous supplier, Petro, more than doubled the cost of propane per gallon, which added significantly to my annual bill. Fast place to get LPG
We have been customers with Southern States for over 20 years. We had a credit of over $1100 in the budget plan as of Dec 2024. Since there was such a high balance we did not send in the monthly payments for 3 months . Come Feb2025 no oil delivered so I called and it was delivered with a balance due of $58. We were on automatic delivery however they were NOT going to deliver since the budget plan of 3 payments were not received. Jorge and Levon were here today to help us with a propane leak and a tank issue. They are so friendly and hard working and fair. They really care about doing a good job. We were with a different propane company before, and they certainly didn't value customer service or transparency about prices/repairs like Southern States and Jorge do.
