Hayden and his crew are the best of the best!!! They did an excellent job on our roof, and in such a timely manner. Hayden and Josh are both very caring and friendly and made sure we were taken care of! Ralph and I love our new roof! ❤️
Zane, the team leader that came out to perform my estimate and help coordinate everything, and Hayden did a great job of keeping me informed and answering my questions. They always showed up when they told me they would (which always seems to be one of the hardest things to do for some contractors). Work was quick and neat and came out looking great. I would recommend this company/crew to friends/family.
The gutter workmanship was excellent and done in a timely manner. My problem is that the crew did not pickup all the trash from the worksite upon completing the job. There were old gutter grates left in one very obvious area and an old down spout left in another area. Crew should have made one last sweep of the area before heading home. Despite that, this is a good company that’ll get the job done.
Southern Star did exactly what they said they would do! On time and quickly too! Roof and Gutters look GREAT! Highly Recommend! Gig’em! 👍
I would highly recommend these guys. Roof looks awesome. The process was explained extremely well by Zane (sales). He was very patient with us when explaining the steps and how it works with insurance. The project manager Josh kept us informed throughout the day. These guys have great customer service and do what they say. The yard was cleaned and you couldn't even tell they were here except for the awesome roof. Great Company!!
