I did an out of state move and the seller (represented by family) used this agency, The seller’s niece was Christina D. Crawford, who is an agent for Southern Star Realtors. Christina advised her aunt to not disclose certain things that were wrong with this property. I ended up over paying and to make matters worst the repairs necessary would cost me 30k.I had an inspection done, but it was hard to see the issues at hand, at that time.
