If I could give 6 stars I would. Marlena was very cordial and professional. My daughter's BMW blew a head gasket, leaving her stranded on I-20. Southern Star helped us with getting the car to the shop... and presented us with a comprehensive list of options. Even though we opted not the have the repairs completed, I felt all quotes were reasonable and in line. These are good people, as obviously they could have tried to take advantage of a tough situation...we are not from Anniston or Alabama...you will not go wrong here.
