He made sure that I understood the complete process of how things worked when dealing with an insurance claim. Joel was an amazing help through our roof replacement process. He helped us file the claim with the insurance, got them to cover all of the repairs, and was constantly involved in the process along the way. They even added siding repairs after our inspection. HIGHLY recommend Joel!!
