I am giving this company 4 stars because I have been using them for a number of years and overall my yard looks good. When guests come to my home I always get compliments. Also, because any time the yard is treated the guys make sure to leave details of that days treatment and any instructions for me regarding if I need to water the yard, or if I don't need to if rain is expected. Two years of using Southern spray has netted a loss of about 25% of my front lawn. This company promised that given that amount of time my yard would be beautiful. They lied. I was doing better on my own. They are sloppy, cannot communicate, supervisor never shows up, somehow billing was messed up - sent me to collections. Someone should teach these people what customer service is. I stuck with them for over 24 months! I do not want anything from these people! I don't want them to take advantage of other people! Beware!
