What started off as a rough first-impression ended up being an A+ experience. Initially, the representative I'd spoken with was let go from the business shortly before my delivery date, meaning that the day of my move I had nobody show up. After speaking with the owner, Scott, he bent over backwards to right-the-wrong of his, now former, employee.
