I Can't say enough great things about Lisa and Rob! We purchased our Eco Spa at the Cleveland home and garden show in February 26, where we met Rob. We chose the Eco Spa after speaking with numerous dealers at the show, because we were impressed with his knowledge, the spa itself and his no pressure presentation. Once our spa was ready to be delivered, and scheduled along with other deliveries in our area, we had to cancel the delivery because our deck was not completed. I have the E1 and it is absolutely wonderful! Great on my back and feet! Very comfortable with the bench seating that allows you to move into various positions. Love it!
