awful experience, nobody was speaking english, and they overcharged and gave themselves a bigger tip, and were both extremely rude, and it was my birthday too

Booked my appointment one week in advance. Got a text to please get it moved to 5PM 1 day before the appointment. I said that I can do only 3PM , they said that was booked . So I said please get me 5PM and if possible give me 90 min session for the price of 60 min session . All of a sudden they said that was booked and gave me a rude text saying to find another spa . I will not be coming back here or even trying again. Let that 1 star review hurt them for messing up someone’s appointment that was booked 1 week in advance.
Southern Spa offers the best massage in the Spartanburg area. Staff was very polite and friendly, also very affordable.
Cindy is the best! She has helped me with my shoulder so much! I will continue to go back and the prices are good. Usually does the hot rocks on me too.
