I’ve probably recommended Southern Soul to three dozen people over the years but after today I’m not sure if I’ll ever set foot in this place again. The brisket was inedible - I tried to tell the guy delivering the food and he ignored me and when I finally got his attention he said he was too busy. The good reviews and publicity have obviously gone to their head. Hateful hateful. The opposite of good southern service and manners. So disappointed!
