I had a wonderful experience with my sleep test. The atmosphere was perfect — the room and bathroom were spotless and honestly nicer than many hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything was smooth, professional, and comfortable. A special thanks to Kaylee for going above and beyond — she was kind, patient, and truly made the process so much easier. Her care and attention really stood out. I highly recommend this place and especially appreciate all that Kaylee did!
The entire staff is just super fantastic to work with. They don’t make you feel rushed or hurried. They let you ask all the questions you want to and take the time to address all of your concerns. And they are detail-oriented! If they know they made a mistake, they will call and correct themselves so you don’t end up paying the price for their error! THAT’S RARE!
