I had a wonderful experience with my sleep test. The atmosphere was perfect — the room and bathroom were spotless and honestly nicer than many hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything was smooth, professional, and comfortable. A special thanks to Kaylee for going above and beyond — she was kind, patient, and truly made the process so much easier. Her care and attention really stood out. I highly recommend this place and especially appreciate all that Kaylee did!
The entire staff is just super fantastic to work with. They don’t make you feel rushed or hurried. They let you ask all the questions you want to and take the time to address all of your concerns. And they are detail-oriented! If they know they made a mistake, they will call and correct themselves so you don’t end up paying the price for their error! THAT’S RARE! These people ACTED like they cared about me and gave me hypotension. Almost killed me. Do not go here. YOU WILL HAVE SLEEP APNEA. WHETHER YOU DO OR NOT. Talladega gave my husband a Phillips machine that was recalled for killing people. Look at reviews and get references. This is nothing to play with. If it doesn't feel right it isn't . Calling my insurance company and taking this death trap back. They have done nothing but push me and try to bully me to use a device that is adversely affecting my health. Super amazing team at Southern Sleep Diagnostics! I have attended two sleep studies and purchased my CPAP machine from them and they have been nothing but professional and helpful. Macie has been terrific on getting me the right equipment and right mask that fits my needs. I would definitely recommend anybody to use them 100%. Thank y’all so much!
