I would NEVER recommend SSR. In the past year of living here it has been literal h*** and I used to live in ** so that tells you what level theyre at. The communication is horribly lacking. Their maintenance is an absolute disgrace. They will try everything to nickel and dime you when it comes time to get your deposit back. They are horrid. When we moved in we didnt have a refrigerator in which we were not notified about and had to wait a week to get it- the catch- it was severely used already and I HAD TO PAY FOR IT.
