Our top floor condo unit was struck by lightning and Thomas was extremely responsive to our immediate needs. The strike caused a complete and total blackout in our unit as well as partial outages in other units throughout the building. He arrived within 1 hour of my initial call and stayed until the job was done. During such a horrible time of uncertainty with our home, it was comforting knowing he had our back and got us up and running in no time.
