Dr DeSilva is patient and listens, he is wonderful
Before establishing care here, I had asked Dr. Toffee if she would have any issues prescribing my current medications for mental health- it was not a new plan or to up dosage- but continued care and she said she should just fine to perscribe them as they aren’t controlled substances. But, each time I’ve called to get 2/3 medications filled, she is now saying no and to see a psychiatrist. Leaving me very little time to actually get anything prescribed and putting my mental health at risk. If she wasn’t able to prescribe them ... read more
