The clean was great - let me start with that. I was satisfied with the deep clean of our home. My one concern was the pricing. We were quoted for 11 hours (2 people at 5.5 hours each) of cleaning, but the cleaners were done at 9 hours (4.5 each), and I was still charged the same amount as the original quote. After calling, I was told that it was "basically 10 hours", however, that's still not 11 hours. Won't be using them again, but was fine with the service provided.
