Showed up for a scheduled appointment. The shop was closed and after the scheduled time I called and was told there were no appointments in the book. Sent a screenshot of the text to verify the appointment. Was given an apology and told that "I" could reschedule. No offer of a discount or any consideration for my time. Would not recommend this business.
