We paid them $4,553.71 to fix a broke line under the toilet in our half-bath. They were also supposed to descale and hydro jet the line leading from that toilet and the main line, but a video that was made after they finished looked no different than before. Now that toilet will barely flush, if at all. And the toilet bowl will not maintain a normal water level. The pic below shows what the pipe looks like after his 'descale' and hydro jet operation.

We paid Mike 4500.00 to fix a break in our pipe and clean the pipe. Supposedly we have a year warranty on the work, but we can't get him back out. The toilet still isn't flushing right and the video of the pipe that was supposed to be cleaned doesn't look cleaned at all. Mike was supposed to come out and fix things, but after saying he'd be here at 10 and then calling to say it would be around 12, he never called again and didn't show up.
