They really good at responding, once I get the service done, I'll update more on their technical skills.
Tried for almost 2 weeks to get them to call me back before I finally got someone to respond. Then they came out for a diagnostic (which they did not do), then they charged me $96 for absolutely doing nothing! I spoke to the owner who hung up on me...very unprofessional. I was warned about these scam artists and should have listened. Let my experience serve as a warning to you...they are not to be trusted to do what they say. Use anybody else and you’ll be happier. If I could give zero stars I would. PITIFUL COMPANY!!!
