Dana is amazing. She made the whole process simple and stress-free from the start. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about helping people instead of just rushing you through paperwork. The facility is clean, organized, and well maintained, and Dana’s customer service is a big reason I’d recommend this place to anyone needing storage. She truly goes above and beyond.
I love this storage!! They are always available & on time..Scott is amazing and helpful, only this that I don't like is this location has switched owner's 3 different time!!!! What ever they do I highly recommend to keep Mr. Scott he is a true defamation of great customer service!!! My unit is x324 I think😂😂
