Super easy closing on some vacant land I just purchased.

Audra was so professional and helped us to close on our land in Alabama. She made sure we understood every document before signing and she made sure corrections got done promptly while we were there. Staff is friendly. Reason for my rate is that they do not have a process for escrow disputes. We sat for 2 months waiting to get a call or a response to the email sent by the Seller's agent requesting a mediation. After two months I decided to give them (title company) a call and request an update, to my surprise I was told that they do not have a process and that if we wanted to get this resolved we needed to get a real estate attorney.
