I had Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning come out to my house in the Spring to give an estimate for adding HVAC to an area of the second floor that we finished. Nick came and he was fantastic! He was on time. He listened to what my concerns were (the second floor already struggles to stay cool in summer and now we're adding more square footage to cool so should be just put a small Mitsubishi type wall unit in the new square footage or should be upsize the existing unit. AC quit on a hot July Sunday. They were at my house within 90 minutes of placing the call. ❤️
I recently got a unit replaced by them and they were so professional and so patient. My other unit had an issue and they came out first thing in the morning on July 4th. Matthew, the field technician was so nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the triangle
Matthew was professional and quick to replace the damper motor for our A/C unit! This is the second time he has been out and both times has been a great experience. If you are having A/C issues or need a new unit I highly recommend Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning!
Matthew was great in coming out on a Saturday to diagnose our issues. Then he was great at completing the repair once the part came in.
