UPDATE: Jakob came out and saved me $400 due to pointing out a part was just installed wrong by the builder. 10/10 service, will recommend again! Nick was great to work with! Smart, quick, and came 2 hours early. I highly recommend using their services!

We had our furnace go out and Southern Seasons sent out Nick. Nick diagnosed the problem and explained to me what’s going on. He came back out with the part and had us up and running in no time. I would highly recommend requesting Nick on your next service call.
Our gas furnace went out in the middle of the night on the weekend during the recent bitter cold. I contacted our regular HVAC provider who was unable to respond due to workload and recommended Southern Seasons. I called them early on a Saturday morning and left a voicemail.
