Heather is the absolute best! She has been doing my hair for close to 10 years. I get stopped in airports all the time asking who does my hair and hoping she is local in that particular town. One woman was absolutely devastated she didn't live in Washington. My color is the closest it has ever been to my natural color since I started coloring it 20 years ago.
