Was specifically told there is NO prepayment penalty for paying off the RV early. The Bank of America, who does the financing for this business, does indeed charge you a prepayment penalty. I called SRV & was told "no prepayment penalty applies, BOA is wrong." I was told they'd call me back. A month later SRV has not called me back and BOA.still says, "yes you will have to pay a prepayment penalty despite what SRV says." ETA: spoke with SRV today and indeed what I was told holds true. From the time we arrived just to look we were greeted well. They worked with us on our trade in and the price of the camper. We were completely satisfied.
We purchased a used camper here. The walk through we did was excellent. He answered all questions. The experience over all was great. Will buy from them again.
Our camper has been there for a month. Our stereo needed replacing, needed a thermocouple on the oven and the awning needed to be secured to the camper a bit more. We were called a week ago and told it was ready to be picked up. We drove 100 miles to pick it up. We got there and the outside was filthy. I understand that it's been raining a lot. Never purchase from here again. We bought a brand new Heartland Gateway, you sold it to us with a broke fridge, plus other broken items. You have my camper for going on 3 weeks now and still have not replaced the fridge that you SOLD us BROKEN. Instead We get the run around telling us to call this place then another.
