Charlene gave me the cherry coke red I’ve wanted so bad and made me comfortable with my experience. She also gave me my layers considering I’ll have to wear a bun for work.
Life Savers! Traveling overseas and my go to salon canceled my appointment the day before I was to leave. Called Ms Anne at Southern Roots and she got me in the following morning with Ms Elana who came in extra early and took fantastic care of me. Elana is AMAZING! She is so talented at giving just the right cut and color. I’ve gone to her for highlights and haircuts and she always knows just how to make any cut or color so complimentary to my skin tone and face shape. Not only that but she’s fun to chat with and really makes you feel comfortable and pampered. She is humble about it, but she’s worked in some impressive salons in NYC and beyond, and we are SO lucky to have her here in Niceville!
