I've been to a lot of salons over the years, but Southern Roots has truly set the standard for what an amazing salon experience should be. I brought in my 2-year-old, and TJ was incredibly patient and calm the entire time. He gave him a great haircut, exactly what we had asked for, even with all the wiggling. My teen also went to get his haircut the next week and really loved it also. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be back!
My wife and I have both been to southern roots, TJ is a great barber and Mrs Jessica always makes sure my wife is pampered and leaves feeling her best. Would recommend to friends and family.
Ok vibe was nice, the hairdresser was nice and very sweet BUT. I came in asking for a pixie and I showed her 2 very short pixie cuts as references. She assured me that she could make it happen. I have fine straight hair. And yet when she was finished it was literally a Bob, A BOB. Now I have to walk around with something I DIDNT WANT OR ASK FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. If you as a hair dresser dont feel confident in ur ability to do a pixie just dont do it.
