I book an appointment last minute to get black box dye out of my hair, and my lovely hairstylist Joscelyn was really understanding, and got it out within no time! She corrected my hair color, and got it as close to my natural hair color as she could. She did an amazing job! I love it! The ladies that work there are very nice! I would definitely recommend it’s a really good atmosphere there!

Thought it would be nice to have my sister get her hair done as a gift. She hadn’t had her hair done since 2013. She walked out with color in her ears, on her neck, lining her forehead and face, and her shirt completely stained. On top of that, she asked for layered NATURAL color balayage, and they made her roots black with bright red ends. This was far from natural.
