Was told it would cost $90 to put highlights in my son's hair. His hair is chin length. He agreed. After it was over, he was told they used a lot of product and he was charged $170! Absolutely hideous upcharge! And he was young and naive and just paid it. Just sitting at home now disgusted by it. Whoever did this should be ashamed! But I am sure you will sleep well tonight.
