I gave a star because everyone was very nice. I had an appointment for Brooke. She cut and dried my hair, which looked good when I left. She got a good tip. During the rest of the day, I wondered why when I put behind my ears it would keep falling out on my left side. Eventually I Looked in mirror and the right side is about 1-1/2" longer than the left. Brook succeeded All my expectations I cannot say enough Wonderful things about her she had a huge job to do with my hair heavy highlighted I cannot wait to go back in September all the stylists there made me feel so welcomed treated me with such kindness my mother was a beautician for 40 years so all my life I had a personal stylist but she can no longer do my hair I knew this day would come that my mother would not be able to do my hair it is so extremely difficult to find a good stylist hairdresser she is top-notch!!!!! Brooke did an incredible job on my hair and I absolutely love it! Good conversation, which is important if you’re going to be in a chair for a few hours. All the staff made it a warm and friendly environment. I highly recommend Southern Roots. The lighting in picture might not show the balayage very well, but that was the only picture I took straight out of the salon 🤷‍♀️
