Cassie is great, she helped us get our dream house!
We were using a different realtor at the time, who wasn’t good at all, she told us that the house we wanted we would never be able to get with an FHA loan. I decided to check out southern roots realty for help, and Cassie was amazing! We told her about our dream house and how to other realtor said we couldn’t get it. We decided to put an offer into the house and with 6 other offers, they choose ours! She was so great to work with and so helpful! Thank you for everything!
The purchase of my forever home was a long distance purchase and move from CA to AL. Cassie was my "shoes on the ground" so to speak. Cassie was great to work-with and was very attentive to our needs and budget! She was helpful during the entire process even finding a cleaner for our old place and contractors for both new and old work during buying and selling. Working with other realtors I know that is not always the case, but we had none of those problems this time.
