With it being a “Southern Root” salon they know nothing about roots. I asked for a root touch up (5 times!) and they couldn’t understand what I was asking. So I sent them a picture of my hair and they said “sorry we can’t do that, we thought you were asking for highlights.”
Alissa was very friendly and professional. She got me in quickly also. Very pleased!
I recently moved here to Piedmont and very badly needed a hair cut. Cheryl at Southern Roots works her magic. She gave me a make over cut and I am so happy with it. I look so much better and I even have a happier attitude today. Cheryl is a wonderful hair dresser and best of all she has a hysterical Southern sense of humor. Thank you Cheryl
