I came in with copper hair wanting a warm, golden beige bronde balayage. I even did a consultation first to make sure it was realistic. My first appointment was with a different stylist, and unfortunately my hair ended up a dark neutral brown with almost no warmth and barely any visible blonde, the total opposite of what we talked about. Lauren is absolutely amazing. I went to her a few months back for a cut and highlights. Best hairdresser I ever had. Planning to return next time I need a cut or a touch up.
