Sarah is the first person I have found in this area who knows how to properly cut layers! She did a version of a wolfcut/shag for me. It turned out amazing and just like a picture I provided. Most important it made my hair look thicker instead of thinner and stringy! Then she did a two step custom color using a color that complimented my skin tone perfectly instead of washing me out. I came in with copper hair wanting a warm, golden beige bronde balayage. I even did a consultation first to make sure it was realistic. My first appointment was with a different stylist, and unfortunately my hair ended up a dark neutral brown with almost no warmth and barely any visible blonde, the total opposite of what we talked about.
