I went in hoping to start the process of going back blonde after being copper, fully understanding that it would take more than one session. However, the end result was nothing like what I expected. Jenna did my hair and although I provided photos of color and style, the color and style she cut was nothing like the photos. Then when she realized I was unhappy she gets another stylist to try to "help me understand" why the color and cut IS what I asked for. How condescending and rude. They charged me $290 for this fiasco. Then when I was leaving I asked for a review card but before I could get home to write a review on their website they blocked me. Say's I can't write a review for a business I never visited even though ... read more
