Jenna did my hair and although I provided photos of color and style, the color and style she cut was nothing like the photos. Then when she realized I was unhappy she gets another stylist to try to "help me understand" why the color and cut IS what I asked for. How condescending and rude. They charged me $290 for this fiasco. Then when I was leaving I asked for a review card but before I could get home to write a review on their website they blocked me.
