I debated on whether or not I should make this review. A couple weeks ago I went and got my hair done at Southern roots. They couldn't do what I wanted at first (a perm) so I said that was fine and asked for them to trim my hair and give me face framing layers instead. They completely destroyed my hair. It was cut to short, cutting much more off than I had requested, and the layers were cut horribly and only on the top section of my hair. When I called to have it fixed no one answered my calls.
