Cesar did an amazing job walking us through the whole process, helping us pick materials and taking about the intricacies of financing. Used them to replace my roof 5 years ago. I wish I hadn't. Bryan Rhodes has not called me back and I am continuing to find quality issues with the install. DO NOT USE. They do not return calls and do not honor the warranty.
Looks like Southern Roofing Solutions has dissolved as an organization. The phone calls are going directly to voice mail. The organization has been dissolved at Georgia Secretary of State. Typical for roofing companies to go out of business every few years only for the Principal to resurrect a new roofing company. Good luck getting any of the warranty issues resolved....
Southern Roofing Solutions is absolutely the best. Bryan Rhodes was simply outstanding to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what the insurance covered, reviewed the different products available and in the end I think I have the safest and best looking roof. I would definitely recommend this company if your roof must be replaced.
Bait and switch. The owner (Bryan Rhodes) was persistent and promised prompt communication, responsiveness. Once I signed and scheduled, it went downhill from there. He may or may not do what he says he will do, when he says he will do it. I have yet to receive warranty documentation, etc.. I had the company who sealed my home up from pests in April come back to make sure the seal was still intact after my roof replacement; he found that the drip edge has not been installed in all of the necessary places.
