We had wind damage to our roof in March 2023. Our insurance at first only wanted to pay for the front half of the roof. Schuyler with Southern Roofing & Renovations got the process started to have a public adjuster get involved. The long and short of it is that it took a year, but insurance finally paid for the entire roof. Schuyler got us on the schedule quickly and the crew arrived on time. The roof was done in a timely manner. However the company they subbed the work out to did not replace the vents on the roof. This caused the roof to leak. They said they would fix it but I had to keep calling them to get them to come out and eventually fix the roof and the damage it caused inside the house. Then they called 2 different times saying they have not received payments! I had to show where the checks cleared the bank! Very unorganised company. I do not recommend using this company.
My roof was leaking in several areas and my insurance only wanted to fix the interior, and ignored the condition of the roof. Tyler Burch from Southern Roofing helped me work with my insurance and got my roof fully approved and paid for my insurance! Now I have a beautiful roof, that doesn’t leak and I only had to pay my deductible! Highly recommend using this company and Tyler specifically if you need your roof looked at.
