Buyer Beware Aaron did a great job with the inspection and damage report submitted to the insurance company, but the process went downhill after that. I worked with four different sales coordinators: one quit, one disappeared, one went on paternity leave—congratulations, Chris—and then I was left dealing with the manager. In April 2025, we had a straight line wind and hail storm that damaged our roof. I reached out to my insurance company (American Family Connect) and they denied the claim. Told us we only had one shingle missing. The first week in March 2026, Southern Roofing & Renovations knocked on our door and asked of we'd allow them to do an assessment of our roof, at no cost. I would have to say Destiny and Nikki were the best! They both literally went out of their way to do anything I asked or found answers to any of my questions. We spent 8 months total, going back and forth with the insurance company trying to get this roof fixed. It was an adventure but it was well worth the wait! They did a beautiful job all throughout the process. The roofing crew had amazing attention-to-detail. Everyone had their own task and they produced! Alex Harkavy was most helpful! Unfortunately we were in need a roofing 2 times and the second time we needed repairs made on the inside also. Alex was very helpful and made the whole process much easier. I would highly recommend him!

Dan Russell was great. I also worked with Jordan Fox and Destiny and everyone helped us get the needed repairs done. Dan came in at the end of our process and he was great at communication and if we needed answers he did not have, he made sure he did the research to find out what we needed.
