Very satisfy with the work and very professional on time. Shout out to Chris Johnson for the help that was giving me and my family .
We were referred to them to inspect our roof for hail and wind damage after some severe storms. We were led to believe that there was certainly significant hail damage and it should be covered no problem by insurance. From the first phone call to set up a quote until the final payment was made, everything was perfect with Southern Roofing & Exteriors. We had a retail job that insurance wasn't paying for, and we were free to pick any company we felt good about. I just got my roof done by Southern Roofing and it was an incredible experience. Before I signed a contract with Chris Dyer and was getting estimates he would call after it rained and see how it was doing and if he needed to come up and nail in a tarp. He didn't assume the sale like the other companies but actually earned it. Very upfront and honest and me and my wife prayed and new we were making the right choice with them. Chris J did a superb job with the entire process ... inspection, filing the claim, working with the insurance adjuster, and clearly explained every step to me as this is the first insurance claim I have filed. He answered my calls and texts promptly, and was always there when I had a question or concern. I am now about to get my hail-damaged roof replaced!! Thanks Chris.
